ARE THERE ANY OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES?
If your wedding happens on two different days and you'll like to utilise the package for both days, there'll be a split day charge of $500. We do not have any early morning charges!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU RETURN?
The number stated on the rate card is the minimum we return. Generally we return all good images and everything that we return is edited.
For weddings, we typically deliver a min. of 50 photos/hour (300 Photos/6 hours // 500 photos/10 hours).
Please rest assure that more photos will definitely be given if there are extra shots taken within the time!

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US?
We do not manipulate the way you look other than anything temporary like acne, cut, or bruise. If there's something you're self-conscious about do let us know and we'll take note while posing you during the shoot.

DO YOU RETURN RAW IMAGES/VIDEO FOOTAGE?
In line with standard industry practice, we do not deliver RAW images/video footage and only deliver edited photos/videos!

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR MY DELIVERABLES?
The lead time for our deliverables is 4-6 weeks for photography and 6-8 weeks for videography. If it's anytime earlier, rest assured that we will update you soonest. We strongly believe in attention to detail over quick edits so do give us the necessary time needed to work on your projects. Thank you!

WHAT IF THE HOURS I NEED IS NOT PART OF ANY PACKAGE LISTED?

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
It will be a 50% deposit to book us for the date and the remaining 50% is due 1 week after the shoot/wedding day. If the deposit payment is not in within 2 weeks of the sent agreement, we reserve the right to release the date to the next potential client.

We accept payment via Bank Transfer or Paynow only.

WILL I MEET THE TEAM BEFORE MY WEDDING DAY?
Yes, we usually arrange an appointment around 1 month before the wedding day to go through the final schedule with you. We will also discuss preferences for editing, colours or music, if any!
